Joint use poles need a PM for job coordination.
When power, telecom, and fiber share the same poles, someone has to manage it from start to finish. Most utilities do not have enough people to keep up. We do that work as an extension of your team, the same way we support Alabama Power's joint use department today.
Experienced project managers.
Our project managers bring decades of power and joint use experience to every assignment.
